By registering with the Website you agree some of Your details (i.e. Your name, photograph, Your current location, Your employer name and salary range) may be publicly displayed on the Website. You hereby grant the Website permission to display your photo, location, salary range and employer name on the Website. Further, by submitting content to the Website, you acknowledge that you have the authority to grant such rights to the Website. As we don’t force You to use Your real name, such field can be filled with any names or nicknames. No identifiable personal details will be published in the public area of the Website.
If You delete Your account or Your account is terminated, all Your account information on this Website, including profile data (name, location, email), employer, salary range, posted reviews will be deleted from our databases immediately. Marine Tips reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your information after a significant duration of inactivity or in the event that any of our terms have been breached by You.

The Website is a portal for sharing ship reviews and ratings. The Website contains ship reviews and various photos of ships posted by registered users.
Marine Tips administrators does not evaluate or censor the reviews and all related information about ships, photos of ships and user ratings. We can’t guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any of the reviews and information provided by registered users. You acknowledge and accept that this is beyond our control, and guarantee cannot be given in the event of untruthful information being submitted by reviewers. Consequently, we have no control over the quality, legality, truth or accuracy of the review postings or resumes, or the quality or availability of any services advertised on the Website.
